Hi, I’m Mark
For years I believed confidence was something people either had or didn’t have.
I know now that’s not true. Confidence isn’t something we’re born with. It’s something we build.
Like many gay men, I spent parts of my life trying to fit expectations, seeking approval and questioning whether I was enough. I’ve experienced redundancy, loss, serious illness and periods where I questioned who I was and what I wanted. Along the way, I discovered that the greatest freedom comes from letting go of who you think you’re supposed to be and embracing who you truly are.
Today, I combine coaching, psychology, mindfulness and practical tools to help people move beyond self-doubt and create meaningful change. My role isn’t to tell you who to become. It’s to help you remember who you already are.
What I believe
I believe that:
- You are not defined by your past.
- You are more than the labels you’ve been given.
- Growth doesn’t require perfection.
- Confidence is a skill that can be developed.
- Uncertainty doesn’t mean something is wrong.
- You deserve a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
My approach
I create a space that is supportive, honest and free from judgement.
Together, we’ll explore:
- What’s keeping you stuck.
- The stories you’ve been telling yourself.
- The patterns that no longer serve you.
- What truly matters to you.
- How to take meaningful action towards the life you want.
There are no quick fixes and no pressure to become someone you’re not.
This work is about coming home to yourself.
Outside coaching
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me reading, napping, deciding what to eat or what to watch, exploring personal development, recording podcasts or spending time with my partner Andy.
Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.
And neither do you.
what’s stopping you
I keep my client list intentionally small so every person I work with gets my full attention.
